Rawson’s Retreat – Semillon Sauvignon Blanc 2017

Origin: South Australia

It is a fresh, balanced, tropical wine that is best when served extra chilled.

After opening, it can last up to a week…if it stays around that long.

If you are looking for something light and fruity to enjoy during the week, this is for you. I went more towards this wine during the work week because it wasn’t as heavy as some of my favorites.

This wine played very well with my cheesy snacks on the nights I did not feel like cooking dinner.

This wine is reasonably priced and would be great to serve or carry to parties.
