I tried out a new workout and I’m not really sure how I feel about it. I have to mix up my cardio with other exercises so that I don’t get bored. Okay okay it’s so I don’t get tired as fast. Full body circuit workouts I enjoy the most because I’m checking off cardio, arms, legs, and abs (is anyone else abs shy and refuse to show?). I also like workouts that don’t require any equipment and allows me to do it at home if I can’t make it to the gym.
