Making exercise a lifestyle can be a challenge. I KNOW I can’t be the only person that feels this way…show of hands. I do not dread working out but I can just as easily skip a day or three lol. Just this morning I woke up and I almost convinced myself that there wasn’t anything wrong with not going. Problem was I had just taken the day before as a rest day.
Soooo I rolled out of bed, got dressed, grabbed my gym, and made my way.
As much as I dread machines I decided I’d go with the treadmill for my cardio. A few months back I discovered a treadmill climb that I do enjoy (if that is even possible). It is a 30 minute workout that leaves me tired every time. I really like this workout because it allows me to get my cardio in without the knee pain. I came across this workout on Flora Foodie via Pinterest.
